DCS Recruitment currently seeks an established data cabling engineer for decommissioning in Scotland on behalf of a national client.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful cabling engineer will audit and remove data hardware (e.g., patch panels and data switches) from data cabling cabinets (comm room) after logging MAC numbers/serial numbers for inventory purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid CSCS/ECS/Equivalent structured cabling/comms industry related card
  • Be able to provide relevant work references prior to start
  • Have your own basic hand tools for carrying out above duties
