We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in:
- Civils
- Groundworks
- Formwork
- Reinforced Concrete (RC) Frames
- Deep Drainage
- All aspects of Groundworks
The ideal candidate will have experience working on all aspects of Groundworks and be confident managing commercial aspects from procurement through to final accounts.
Key Requirements
- Proven QS experience within civils and groundwork packages
- Strong knowledge of RC frame and deep drainage works
- Experience on high-end residential developments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractors
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Full UK driving licence preferred
