Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and repairing a range of commercial HVAC systems across multiple retail sites
- Ensuring systems are running efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime
- Managing your own day-to-day workload while maintaining high service standards
- Service, fault-find, and repair commercial air conditioning systems
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive call-outs
- Work across split systems, VRF/VRV, and packaged units
- Support general building maintenance tasks where required
- Complete service reports, compliance documentation, and records
- Participate in the regional on-call rota
Requirements:
- Proven experience within commercial HVAC / air conditioning roles
- Experience in a mobile service and maintenance position
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Multi-skilled background (electrical, gas, or general maintenance)
