Application Consultant – West Midlands – £85,000 per annum DCS Technology in partnership with our client who are a Microsoft Gold Partner and consultancy we are searching for an Application Consultant to join their rapidly growing team based in the Midlands. Role overview: As Application Consultant, you will deliver effective and informative sessions related to Business Central and NAV functions within Microsoft 365, whilst providing technical support and recommendations to clients and internal colleagues. What will you get up to? Provide technical advice: Assist clients in the configuration of Business Central/Nav or \’add on\’ software during full system walk throughs. This will be done either remotely or on client sites when required. Deliver smooth systems: Scope out and identify functionality change requirements that will extend the life-span or efficiency of standard applications on client systems. Analyse and deliver: Carry out GAP analysis, product handovers, and verify appropriate configurations throughout project cycles ensure all milestones are signed off ahead of integration.
