Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support / Account Manager. This role is vital in providing administrative and operational support to our sales team, ensuring smooth execution of processes and enhancing the overall client experience. You will be responsible for handling quotes, managing project timelines, liaising with clients, and supporting account managers to help streamline workflow and drive success.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue accurate quotes and proposals in a timely manner

Provide daily administrative support to the sales team

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling routine client communications and queries

Assist with project coordination from initial enquiry through to delivery and aftercare

Track progress of orders and projects, ensuring deadlines are met

Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases

Generate reports and assist in sales forecasting and pipeline tracking

Work closely with internal departments (e.g., production, finance, logistics) to ensure client requirements are met

Follow up on quotes and outstanding information to support the sales process

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support
Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in a Sales Support, Customer Service, or Account Management role

Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
