Your Role
- Quote new products to customers and liaise with suppliers for quotations
- Communicate with customers throughout the full sales lifecycle
- Process sales orders and check order data for accuracy
- Contact clients to gather missing information or resolve queries
- Work closely with logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Share valuable customer feedback internally
- Keep up to date with new products and features
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a sales estimator or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and MS Office
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
- Strong teamwork and a high level of dedication
