Job Overview

DCS require an experienced Contracts Manager to deliver passive fire projects in the South of England.

Responsibilities

• Lead all fire compartmentation contracts from inception to completion and have confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Develop new and existing customer relationships and work closely with the senior management team to drive the success of the passive fire business

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in construction management
• SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS and industry specific certification such as NVQ2 Passive Fire Protection
