Pay: Basic OTE 42/44K

Location: Oldham (OL8)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

We are looking for workshop engineers for a fast-growing company in Oldham.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Duties include PDI, fault diagnostics and repair for our range of electrically powered equipment, EV Trucks and battery powered manual handling equipment.
  • A mechanical and auto electrical background along with a solid and stable work history are essential.
  • Hands-on repair/servicing experience on a range of equipment including battery powered MHE and EV utility vehicles.
  • Thorough PDI and QC of new equipment.
  • Mechanical engineering background with electrical bias (desirable).
  • Extensive experience in Mechanical Engineering, Auto Electrical Engineering including a wide range of equipment such as material handling/lifting products and electric trucks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
  • English literacy.
  • Level 3 mechanical qualification.
  • Service and repair of a vast range of electric powered trucks and lifting equipment.
  • Advanced fault finding, diagnostics.
  • Provide timely and detailed service reports.
  • Follow all company's procedures and protocols.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
  • LOLER & Thorough examinations of new and refurbished equipment.
