The Role
As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality technical and non-technical training programmes for engineers, apprentices and operational teams. Working closely with the Examination Manager / Deputy Training Manager, you will ensure training is engaging, effective and fully aligned with relevant aviation regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and deliver technical and practical training programmes in accordance with Part-147, Part-66 and company requirements.

- Conduct examinations, practical assessments and invigilation duties where authorised.
- Ensure training activities comply with UK CAA, EASA, UK MAA and other applicable aviation regulations.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure all training meets regulatory and company standards.
- Mentor, coach and support engineers, apprentices and students throughout their development.
- Work with internal departments to identify training requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Act as a technical training focal point across the organisation.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Travel within the UK and internationally when required, including occasional 1-5 week deployments.
