- What you'll be doing
- Answering inbound customer enquiries and providing first-class support.
- Explaining the progress of applications and why a member of the sales team may be unavailable, before arranging suitable call-backs where required.
- Guiding clients step-by-step through setting up their accounts and helping them generate their first invoices.
- Contacting clients who have registered but have not yet completed their first transaction, identifying any obstacles and providing support to get them started.
- Building strong relationships with clients to maximise engagement with the platform.
- Identifying retention opportunities and ensuring customers continue to benefit from our service.
- Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and CRM.
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering a professional experience on every interaction.
What we're looking for
- Previous customer service or sales experience (B2B experience is an advantage).
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong written English, grammar and professional email etiquette.
- Experience using CRM systems, diallers and Microsoft Office.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment whilst managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers succeed.
- The ability to build rapport quickly and solve problems effectively.
- What you'll receive
- 35,000 basic salary.
- Uncapped monthly commission, typically ranging from 1,000- 3,000+.
- Monday to Friday working hours (9am-5pm).
