DCS require an experienced Contracts Manager to deliver passive fire projects in the South of England.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all fire compartmentation contracts from inception to completion and have confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop new and existing customer relationships and work closely with the senior management team to drive the success of the passive fire business.

Qualifications:

  • Formal qualification in construction management.
  • SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS and industry specific certification such as NVQ2 Passive Fire Protection.
