DCS are seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager to oversee various demolition projects across the UK ranging from small buildings to large industrial sites. You will be responsible for managing budgets, programmes, subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage demolition projects from planning to completion
  • Control budgets, schedules, and forecasting
  • Supervise operatives and subcontractors
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

  • Demolition Manager CSCS card
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects
