DCS Recruitment is assisting one of our clients with the recruitment of Confined Space Operatives to work in the North West and surrounding areas. This is a Monday to Friday working schedule with the option to earn overtime after 40 hours plus weekend working. Good start times are offered, with options for staff to work on nights out and weekends.

Pay: £13.25 - £25.70 per hour.

Industrial Service Operative – CCNSG / Confined Space Monday to Friday with optional Saturday & Sunday working. Full time role based from Knowley L33. Standard hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm. Overtime is paid at 1.5× for hours before 7.30am, after 4pm, and on Saturdays, and at 2× for nights and Sunday working. Standard Pay £13.25 between 7.30am to 4pm. Overtime 1 Pay £18.42 before 7.30am and after 4pm plus Saturday. Overtime 2 Pay £24.56 for night and Sunday working.

The role is based from Knowley L33 and will require working across the North West, including some working away when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out maintenance, inspection, and cleaning operations in confined spaces.
  • Follow strict health and safety procedures, including the use of PPE and breathing apparatus when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Operate tools, equipment, and machinery as required.
  • Identify and report potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and industry regulations at all times.
Requirements
  • Valid Confined Space Entry Certification (Medium/High Risk).
  • CCNSG / CSCS or equivalent safety certification (preferred).
  • Experience in confined space work, industrial cleaning, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in enclosed spaces.
