What we're looking for:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Around 5 years of engineering experience, ideally with high-voltage systems in a process industry environment.
  • Knowledge of power distribution, large synchronous motors, HV switchgear, transformers, and cable systems.
  • Chartered status with the IET (or actively working towards it - we value all equivalent paths to expertise).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to safety and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful work culture.
  • Comfortable working with voltages from 11kV to 33kV.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and Ireland as needed.
