DCS are recruiting for an experienced fire compartmentation surveyor to carry out inspections of buildings in the Glasgow area. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of surveying service penetrations, fire walls, fire doors, etc., and be familiar with software applications to record all data. You will also hold formal certification such as FDIS to demonstrate your competence at carrying out inspections. It is imperative that you are familiar with BM-Trada standards and ART repairs.
This is a customer facing role with tenants in situ. As such, it is important that you remain polite and professional at all times. A vehicle will be provided and as such you will require a full UK driving licence to carry out this role.
