Job Summary: We are looking for experienced Embroidery Operatives/Machinists to join the evening shift team. You will be operating industrial embroidery machines to personalise garments to client specifications. This role suits someone who has a good eye for detail, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and has prior experience in embroidery or sewing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial embroidery machines (e.g., Barudan, Tajima, or similar)
- Set up garments and threads according to job specifications
- Load embroidery designs and perform machine adjustments as needed
- Inspect garments for quality and accuracy
- Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Meet production targets and deadlines
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow
