Confidential Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer – Hampshire

A leading engineering business is seeking a Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer to develop innovative electronics for advanced subsea instruments. This is a confidential opportunity for an experienced engineer with strong analogue, digital and FPGA/MPU design skills, plus a solid understanding of EMC and low-power design.

You’ll lead hardware design reviews, support EMC compliance, and work closely with engineering and production teams to deliver robust, supportable products. Hands‑on fault finding in electronics and embedded software, plus clear technical documentation, will also be key.

What you’ll need

  • Strong electronics hardware design experience, analogue and digital.
  • Knowledge of EMC design and testing, ideally to relevant industry standards.
  • Experience with embedded C and microprocessors.
  • Confident fault‑finding skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or similar.
