We are looking for an experienced Data Insights Lead to join our clients growing Data and Insights team. You will play a vital role in supporting the data strategy and leading a growing team of Data analysts and Database Admins.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead a team of data professionals.
- Manage the workload, mentor and perform general line management duties to your team.
- Collaborate technically with cross-functional teams on various data projects.
- Generate, analyse, and present reports to various business stakeholders.
- When required, offer support to the service desk team during incidents.
Key Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong experience working with SQL and Power BI.
- Ability to read Python code.
- Generating and presenting data insights reports.
- Strong demonstrable skills in people management (team leadership, 1 to 1's, workload management).
- Project management skills (working with cross-functional teams and resource management etc).
- Stakeholder management.
Desirable:
- Experience in Data Science.
- Knowledge and/or experience of Machine Learning.
