DCS Technology, in partnership with our client who are a Microsoft Gold Partner consultancy, is searching for a Sales Development Consultant to join their team during a very exciting time. You will be critical in generating sales leads for a fast-paced and successful sales team!
Your responsibilities day to day will be:
- Execute multi-channel outreach and prospecting campaigns to engage decision-makers.
- Proactively generate new sales opportunities.
- Utilise CRM lead scoring models to prioritise outreach and maximise engagement.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand prospect challenges and tailor messaging accordingly.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign strategy.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and market insights to support continuous improvement.
Experience & Skills:
- 2-4 years' experience in Sales Development.
- Proven success generating leads through multi-channel outbound prospecting.
- Strong understanding of managing the sales funnel from data sourcing through to sales conversion.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Experience using tools such as LinkedIn, and platforms such as Dynamics/D365.
- Understanding of or experience within the Not-for-Profit (NP) sector (highly advantageous).
