Business Development Manager – Fire & Security Are you an experienced sales professional in the fire and security industry? Do you have a track record of winning new business and growing client accounts? Are you confident engaging with facilities managers, contractors, and end users? Do you want a role with autonomy, progression, and strong earning potential? If so, this could be the right opportunity for you. What You Need to Have: Proven business development / field sales experience (ideally in fire & security, or a related facilities/building services sector). Ability to identify, win, and develop new accounts with end users, FM companies, and contractors. Experience creating and delivering proposals and tenders. Confident networking and presenting to decision-makers. Self-motivated and target-driven, with excellent communication skills. Full UK driving licence. Role Responsibilities: Drive new business growth through networking, prospecting, and cold/warm calling. Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Meet with clients to understand needs and create tailored fire and security solutions. Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure proposals are deliverable. Attend industry events and exhibitions to represent the company. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
