We're looking for an experienced Agency Resource Manager to take ownership of workforce planning, agency resourcing and operational delivery.
- Manage daily agency resource and workforce allocation.
- Use JoinedUp or similar VMS platforms to manage bookings, shifts, timesheets and compliance.
- Manage client, agency and candidate relationships.
- Monitor resource levels, performance and service delivery.
- Ensure temporary workers meet compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.
- Resolve operational and resourcing issues quickly.
You will bring:
- Experience in agency resource, workforce management, temporary staffing or MSP/VMS environments.
- Experience with JoinedUp, Sirenum, VectorVMS or similar.
- Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial, proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
