DCS Group is a leading Distributor, Manufacturer, and Exporter, working with some of the biggest names in health, beauty, and household products. Operating from our world-class distribution centre, we are committed to delivering exceptional service, efficiency, and innovation. To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Operations Manager to take charge of our fast-paced logistics operations.
About the Role
As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including goods in, goods out, fulfilment, and 3PL clients. You will drive operational excellence, optimise warehouse space, and lead a high-performing team, ensuring efficiency, safety, and outstanding service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop warehouse teams to achieve service and performance targets.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
- Oversee health and safety compliance (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred).
- Control budgets, optimise warehouse space, and implement best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- You are a results-driven leader with extensive experience in warehouse and logistics management.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment and have a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proven leadership experience managing large warehouse teams (100+ employees).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report at C-Suite level.
- Qualification in warehouse management or logistics.
