We are consumer insight and data-led in everything we do, aiming to understand our customers to deliver unmatched service and solutions.
We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Senior National Account Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This role offers flexibility, with regular meetings and office visits required.
Responsibilities
- Drive supplier objectives in line with Joint Business Plans JBPs
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customers, including KPIs, retail portfolios, shopper profiles, and more
- Own and execute customer strategy, including collaborative volume and value forecasting
- Implement and track customer budgeted investment, managing invoices and claims effectively
- Influence range and distribution, track EPOS data, and analyse competitor intelligence
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice of medicinal products for relevant activities
Key Tasks
- Exceed DCS sales and margin targets
- Build successful customer relationships to grow market share
- Develop and deliver volume and value forecasts for Spar and Rapid Delivery
- Improve DCS\’ financial performance through effective management of supplier investment and terms agreements
- Support in developing the Rapid Delivery sector and identifying short-term opportunities
- Coach and develop one National Account Manager into a high performer
