Senior IT Engineer & Service Desk Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of servers, networks, cloud platforms, and storage.
• Take ownership of VMware environments, Kubernetes orchestration, and Progress SQL databases.
• Lead the IT Service Desk, ensuring prompt resolution, high satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver infrastructure projects on time and within budget, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption.
• Ensure security, compliance, and robust backup, disaster recovery, and continuity plans.

What we’re looking for

A proven leader in IT infrastructure and support management with strong technical expertise in VMware, Kubernetes, Progress SQL (OpenEdge), networking, and server management. You’ll have a track record of delivering successful projects, managing service desks, and leading technical teams, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
