As a Senior Ecommerce & Marketplace Manager, you will manage and grow our e-commerce accounts across platforms like Amazon, eBay, and TikTok. Your focus will be on driving sales, increasing market share, and enhancing brand visibility. This role requires expertise in SEO, PPC advertising, and creating A+ content. Experience in online grocery retail is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability on e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon.
- Manage day-to-day operations of key accounts, including inventory management, pricing strategy, promotional campaigns, and content optimisation.
- Utilise SEO strategies to improve product visibility, keyword ranking, and organic search performance on e-commerce platforms.
- Plan and execute PPC advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth on marketplaces like Amazon.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and brand, to develop and execute integrated strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on account performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact e-commerce operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, with a proven track record of success in managing accounts on marketplaces such as Amazon.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, and industry trends.
- Expertise in SEO strategies and PPC advertising, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and ROI.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
