Ready to Lead the Commercial Growth Engine of the Business? Join DCS Group as our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager and play a critical role in shaping the future of how we grow, price, and promote across our FMCG portfolio.
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, analytically driven leader to head up our RGM function – driving pricing and promotional strategies that unlock revenue, profit, and long-term value. You’ll partner across the business and with our retail and supplier network to turn data into commercial action, build capability, and influence decisions at the highest level.
- Lead the development and execution of a 3-year RGM strategy aligned to commercial goals
- Analyse pricing, promotional spend, and customer investment to identify growth levers and optimise ROI
- Own the end-to-end pricing process, building tools and models (e.g. pricing ladders, elasticity curves) to inform smarter decisions
- Support NPD with pricing strategy, working with Category, Sales, and Finance to inform business cases
- Lead RGM reviews across the business, embedding a data-led mindset and measurable results
- Deliver impactful storytelling from complex data to influence strategy and drive performance
Experience in commercial roles within the FMCG industry (e.g. Finance, Sales, Category, RGM)
Deep understanding of Gross-to-Net, promotional ROI, mix management and pricing strategy
Strong technical skills (Excel, Power BI, Nielsen, Kantar, Circana)
Experience building financial models, forecasting scenarios, and tracking customer performance
