Are you passionate about developing talent and driving commercial growth through high-quality training? Join our team as a Sales and Commercial Trainer at DCS Group to empower our Sales and Commercial teams with the resources and support they need to achieve their objectives.
Engage with key internal stakeholders to understand development needs and ensure alignment with training goals. Develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions that promote best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement. Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs. Manage and maintain accurate training records, and report on training attendance and effectiveness.
- GCSEs in Maths & English.
- Intermediate computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Full, clean driving license.
- Experience in sales training and commercial roles.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Confident in delivering face-to-face and online learning solutions.
