Operating from our Banbury Head Office and our cutting-edge Health & Beauty manufacturing site in Redditch, DCS Group is committed to excellence. As a National Account Executive, you will:
- Develop and execute customer strategies, taking full ownership of customer relationships and driving revenue growth
- Deliver supplier objectives and negotiate effective Joint Business Plans (JBP) that exceed sales and margin targets
- Build comprehensive account models with a strategic long-term focus, tracking ROI on customer investments
- Provide key insights through EPOS data tracking, competitor analysis, and in-depth customer understanding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless execution of account initiatives and category growth
