Are You Ready to Drive Growth and Maximise Co-pack Opportunities? DCS Group is looking for a co-pack business development lead to take ownership of co-pack and repack opportunities, driving growth through new and existing suppliers and customers. Reporting to the head of co-pack, this role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, experience in business development, and a results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer and supplier collaboration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to develop and grow co-pack opportunities.
  • Seek out and drive new business through existing suppliers and untapped market opportunities.
  • Ensure all co-pack initiatives meet the highest standards of quality and compliance before execution.
  • Strategic and commercial growth
  • Develop business plans that deliver volume, revenue, and profit growth.
  • Oversee pricing, costings, and funding models to ensure profitability.
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and commercial performance.
  • Project and team management
  • Lead the commercial co-pack team, including a co-pack production planner, material procurement lead, and project coordinators.
  • Oversee project execution from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Promote continuous improvement, best practices, and a culture of collaboration across co-pack operations.

About You

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or commercial project management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly analytical with excellent financial acumen and forecasting skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
