Main Job Purpose: The Convenience & Wholesale Controller oversees a diverse channel that includes Unitas Wholesale Members, Bestway, Booker, Spar, Co-op, and Rapid delivery.

Key Tasks:

  • Manage and strategise for a diverse channel portfolio, ensuring effective engagement.
  • Stay informed about market trends and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee all financial aspects within your channel, optimising profitability and driving sustained growth.
  • Lead a dynamic team of 12 individuals, fostering a culture of excellence, development, and collaboration.
  • Drive the growth agenda for your channel, identifying and capitalising on opportunities to enhance market share and profitability.
  • Enhance customer engagement strategies to foster lasting relationships with key clients.

Customer Management: Bring a minimum of 5 years of robust experience in effectively managing customers within the Convenience & Wholesale channel.

Proven Growth Record: Demonstrate a track record of delivering continuous year-on-year growth in a similar role.

Change Management: Illustrate experience in bringing positive change to an organization, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking.
