DCS Group is seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Business Development Manager to play a key role in the continued expansion of our growing Co-pack and Repack division. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven business development professional who thrives on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic supplier partnerships, and delivering commercial growth within a fast-paced FMCG environment. As the main point of contact for all new Co-pack and Repack opportunities, you will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and operational teams to develop profitable solutions, unlock white space opportunities, and bring projects successfully from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sustainable growth through new business development, existing supplier relationships, and untapped market opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions at all levels
  • Develop and execute business development plans that deliver revenue, volume, and margin growth
  • Manage Co-pack costing and funding models to ensure commercial viability and profitability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to deliver projects effectively
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to the wider DCS growth strategy
  • Represent DCS at supplier meetings, industry events, and customer engagements

About You

We’re looking for a commercially astute and relationship-driven individual with a passion for business development. You will be confident identifying opportunities, opening doors, and building long-term partnerships that drive growth. You will ideally have:

  • Experience within FMCG, Co-pack, Repack, Packaging, or Contract Packing environments
  • A proven track record of delivering commercial growth and winning new business
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing projects, supplier relationships, and commercial costing models
  • A proactive, resilient, and growth-focused mindset
  • The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and make sound commercial decisions
