We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and organised

HR & Payroll Administrator to join us on a permanent, full-time basis within our People team at our Banbury site.

As an HR & Payroll Administrator, your duties will include

  • Supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contractual changes and leavers
  • Maintaining accurate HR and payroll records and systems
  • Supporting payroll preparation, checks and reconciliations
  • Responding to routine HR and payroll queries
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters and other employee documentation
  • Coordinating new starter onboarding and pre-employment checks
  • Supporting absence, holiday, benefits and recruitment administration
  • Producing HR and payroll reports and supporting audits
  • Working closely with Finance, managers and external providers
  • Maintaining confidentiality and GDPR compliance at all times

What we are looking for in our ideal HR & Payroll Administrator

  • GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • A team-focused, proactive approach with a willingness to learn HR and payroll processes and legislation
