About the Role
DCS Group is a £300m business in the FMCG sector taking decisive steps toward an AI-powered future. We're looking for a forward-thinking AI Business Intelligence Analyst to join us — someone who will drive data accuracy, refine workflows, and champion AI adoption across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the adoption and integration of AI solutions across business units, helping colleagues understand and leverage new technologies effectively.
- Maintain and enhance business workflows, contributing to operational excellence and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with teams to identify challenges and deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Contribute to project work, providing insight and support to leads and stakeholders.
- Act as a go-to resource for colleagues on AI tools and software.
Essential Skills and Qualities
- AI-native: hands-on familiarity with AI tools in a business or personal setting.
- Genuine curiosity about emerging technology, balanced with an awareness of its limitations.
