With over 20 years of operational success and continued growth, they are now seeking a Sales Director to lead and elevate their commercial function.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced aviation sales leader to join a thriving, UK-based MRO business offering services across:
- Managed Aircraft Parking
- Aircraft Capabilities and Support
As Sales Director, you will report directly to the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s commercial strategy across the UK and European markets.
- Lead the daily operations of the Sales & Commercial department
- Build and implement a proactive sales strategy targeting new UK and European clients
- Analyse industry data to identify business growth opportunities
- Liaise cross-functionally with internal departments to align commercial efforts
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified (ideally in business or management)
- Proven background in aviation sales, ideally within an MRO environment
- Strong understanding of airline maintenance requirements and commercial processes
- Deep knowledge of MRO commercial contracts and structures
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
