DCS Engineering is currently recruiting for an experienced and highly motivated B1.3 Licensed Engineer to support rotary-wing maintenance operations at Oxford Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional aviation engineering environment working across a varied fleet of Airbus Helicopters platforms including AS350, EC130, EC135, EC145, H135, H145 and H160.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring continued airworthiness, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness across multiple rotorcraft programmes.
- Perform inspections, fault diagnosis, repairs, modifications, and component replacements on airframe, engine, transmission, and associated aircraft systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting and rectification of mechanical and avionic systems, including replacement and testing of LRUs.
- Supervise and support maintenance technicians and fitters, ensuring work is completed to the required quality and safety standards.
- Support aircraft movement, hangar operations, tool control, and general engineering housekeeping activities.
- Maintain a strong safety culture whilst ensuring aircraft availability and operational reliability.
UK CAA Part 66 B1.3 Licence; additional type training may be provided. Eligible to obtain DBS Security Clearance and SC Clearance. Flexibility to travel within the UK and overseas when operationally required.
