This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional with a background in electrical or mechanical engineering to join a multi-disciplined facilities team, responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of building fabric, HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plant rooms and associated site infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site facilities and infrastructure Undertake reactive maintenance and fault finding, prioritising work based on criticality Repair and maintain building fabric, HVAC systems, electrical distribution and plant room equipment Identify and report additional reactive maintenance requirements Support improvements to existing PPM systems and maintenance processes Identify opportunities to improve working practices and customer assets Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with relevant H
