Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $39.92–$60.32/hour
  • Annualized Compensation: Approximately $83,000 – $125,400/year (based on full-time schedule)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (paid in $5,000 increments at 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year anniversaries)
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $8,000 available

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a well-established, patient-centered healthcare organization in central Vermont. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform dental prophylaxis, including plaque and calculus removal
  • Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as part of preventive care
  • Conduct oral cancer screenings and head/neck examinations

  • Record accurate dental charting, vitals, and patient histories
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene
  • Active Vermont Dental Hygienist license
