About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and hiring top talent for our rapidly growing Banking/Web3 payment platform. Working onsite in Singapore, you’ll collaborate with business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to attract, engage, and onboard exceptional candidates who align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and onboarding.
- Web3 Talent Sourcing: Identify top talent in the Web3, fintech, and blockchain sectors through creative sourcing strategies.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing to enhance our employer brand and position us as a top destination for Web3 professionals.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the Web3 ecosystem.
