About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to serve as the strategic engine of our commercial organization. This is a high-impact leadership position designed for an operational architect. You will be responsible for the end-to-end efficiency of the sales lifecycle—from drafting complex commercial contracts and designing high-stakes sales collateral to leading the project management of merchant onboarding. The ideal candidate is a master of documentation, a data-driven storyteller, and a meticulous project lead who can navigate high-growth ambiguity to build scalable, zero-error processes.
What You Will Do
- Contract Management & Drafting Excellence
- Template Architecture: Lead on drafting business requirements and maintenance of standardized sales contract templates, ensuring they remain agile and updated with current commercial terms, pricing tiers, and legal requirements.
- Operational Governance: Manage the end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process. Ensure that every executed agreement is mapped correctly to the CRM for accurate revenue attribution and audit readiness.
- Legal Liaison: Act as the primary interface between Sales and Legal teams to facilitate the redlining process, ensuring speed of execution without compromising compliance.
- Sales Enablement & Saleskit Strategy
- Collateral Creation: Lead the drafting and design of high-impact Saleskit slides (PPT). Translate complex technical product features and TPV data into clear, compelling value propositions for executive-level prospects.
- Market Intelligence: Partner with Product and Marketing to develop "Battlecards" and competitive pitch decks, equipping the sales team to handle objections and close deals in a competitive market.
- Asset Management: Own the centralized sales asset library, ensuring version control so that global sales teams are always utilizing current, compliant, and on-brand materials.
- Trainings: Arrange regular trainings for sales team, enabling sales team with latest industry insight, product releases, marketing strategies and internal policies/processes.
- Strategic Onboarding Management
- Implementation Leadership: Serve as the Lead Project Manager for the onboarding journey, orchestrating a seamless transition from "Closed-Won" to "Go-Live" by coordinating between Sales, Tech, and Customer Success.
- Process Engineering: Continuously audit and optimize the onboarding platforms to reduce "Time-to-Live." Identify and remove friction points within the KYC, AML, and Technical API integration phases.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor KPIs for the onboarding pipeline, providing visibility into implementation velocity and ensuring a "white-glove" experience for new partners.
What You Bring
- Core Requirements
- Documentation Mastery: Proven track record in drafting complex commercial documents and creating executive-level PPT presentations that drive high-level stakeholder decision-making.
- Onboarding Management: 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Ops or Onboarding Management, specifically managing multi-stakeholder onboarding or implementation projects (Fintech/PSP experience is a significant advantage).
- Analytical Aptitude: Expert-level Excel modelling skills. Ability to build financial models to calculate TPV forecasts, revenue shares, and multi-tranche incentive structures.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to documentation and contract drafting where a zero-error mindset is applied to ensure operational excellence.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
