  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.
  • Manage the day‐to‐day project activities and resources and chair the project management team meetings.
  • Maintain good project documentation including but not limited to project implementation plan, status report, issue log, etc.
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
  • Manage project scope and change requests.
  • Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget change, risks and issues.
  • Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise on‐site and remote project team.
  • Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication.
  • Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.

What You Bring

  • Core Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in IT project or program management, with at least 3–5 years in a PMO leadership or governance role.
  • Proven track record of managing large‐scale, complex, cross‐functional IT initiatives, ideally in a fast‐paced or enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT governance, portfolio management, and project prioritization frameworks.
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and outsourced delivery partners.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology environments, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and cloud.
  • Nice‐to‐Haves
  • Understanding of card ecosystems (issuing, acquiring, BIN sponsorship, scheme requirements, risk & compliance).
