About the Role

As a FI BD Director, you will drive merchant acquisition for our crypto payments solutions, leading the full BD cycle from outreach to integration. This role involves building strong partner relationships, shaping go-to-market strategies, and collaborating closely with product, tech, and compliance teams. You'll stay ahead of market trends to help position us competitively in the fast-evolving crypto payments space.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and onboard merchants (e.g., gaming, e-commerce) who need to accept crypto payments
  • Lead full-cycle BD process: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, signing, and integration
  • Build and manage strong client relationships for long-term partnerships
  • Develop tailored go-to-market strategies aligned with product capabilities
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with product, tech, and compliance teams
  • Stay updated with crypto payment trends and market competition.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of BD/sales experience, preferably in payments or crypto
  • Industry experience or contacts in gaming or e-commerce is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and result-driven mindset
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and global environment
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
