We are seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer and Appointment Setter to join our team to set Fully Qualified Sales Appointments in the Hospitality and related sectors to introduce a range of IT, Telephony and Cyber Security products and services.
- Working from Home, some office visits (Bumpers Farm, Chippenham) are expected
- Salary: £15.00 per hour. Based on a 12 hour working week.
- Bonuses: Each qualified lead that results in a Sales meeting will be a £100.00 bonus. The minimum expectation is 12 leads per calendar year.
- Commission: Any conversions that become active service contracts will result in a commission of 5% out of the total (service contract-20%) all figures are ex VAT.
- Annual Leave: pro rata based on full time of 20 days per year, plus bank holidays. Plus birthday as paid day off. Allowance increases with length of service.
Duties
- Identifying key attributes of potential companies - for example number of sites or employees
- Identifying key decision makers using Linked In and Zoom Info
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest- all B2B, Boutique and Medium to Large Hotels.
- Utilise telemarketing techniques to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and provide a written overview
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in CRM
- Actively seek creative ways to contact identified decision makers- speaking to colleagues for example
- Co-ordinate with other departments on promotional/marketing campaigns
- Update company social media
Requirements
- Experience in sales or telemarketing is strongly desired
- Strong people skills- a confident and friendly conversationalist with excellent listening skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with management and director level contacts
- Proficiency in using CRM system, Linkedin, Microsoft 365 inc Teams/Zoom (or similar - training will be given) but solid use of IT systems
- Ability to self-motivate
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
- A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new challenges within the role
- A strong desire to be successful and the drive to make this happen. Salary is dependent on experience. Bonus is paid monthly.
