DUAL UK is seeking an Underwriting Performance & Data Manager to drive data-led insights across Commercial and Specialty portfolios. You will partner with trading underwriting teams, finance, actuarial, and data specialists to deliver robust reporting, insightful analytics, and actionable intelligence that informs executive decisions.
You will oversee performance across UK units, develop UW KPIs, build dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and support capacity discussions, with a strong focus on data.
