We are seeking a reliable and proactive HR Advisor to join our team, providing high‑quality HR support and serving as the first point of contact for generalist and advisory queries across the UK Underwriting and Corporate Function teams.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will support HR Business Partners with transactional and operational changes, manage Employee Relations issues, deliver onboarding/offboarding support, run exit interviews, and collaborate on Workday and learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for generalist and advisory queries, coaching and advising Team Leads and managers on people matters.
- Manage all Employee Relations issues and maintain the ER tracker.
- Support HR Business Partners and Head of HR with M&A, new initiatives, business growth, offboarding and onboarding.
- Run exit interviews, track trends, and recommend change.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development on Workday or other training needs.
- Assess data and trends, provide solutions and recommendations.
- Generate ad‑hoc Workday reports for HR Business Partners.
- Process contingent worker data, job changes and job requisitions in Workday.
- Work with Recruitment to ensure timely processing of job requisitions.
- Improve processes with HR Employee Services and Workday teams.
- Validate data and Workday records, resolve pay‑related queries with Payroll.
- Create International Workday profiles and bespoke letters/documents.
