Salary: 60,000- 80,000 + Bonus (OTE 100k+)

The Business
We\’re working exclusively with a major Microsoft Dynamics consultancy to find a Business Development Manager focused on selling D365 Business Central solutions into mid-market and enterprise clients across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-driven professional who lives and breathes the Microsoft ecosystem. You\’ll play a key role in accelerating growth by identifying new clients, mapping target accounts, and delivering outreach campaigns that cut through and convert.
The role
You\’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle – from building prospect lists and running email-driven campaigns, to cold/warm calling, qualifying leads, booking and attending meetings, and ultimately closing deals. You\’ll also collaborate with marketing and leadership to ideate and attend industry events that enhance brand visibility and generate pipeline.
We\’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience selling Microsoft Dynamics solutions, ideally D365 Business Central or NAV
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Hands-on ability in client identification, market mapping, and outbound activity
- Confidence in phone-based sales, relationship-building, and value-led selling
- Ability to craft compelling email campaigns and generate high-quality meetings
- Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
- A passion to immerse yourself in the D365 BC market, keeping up with trends and opportunities
