The Opportunity

dcoded are partnered with a high-growth fintech disrupter seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to drive delivery across complex, multi-squad engineering environments. This is a hands-on, high-impact contract, focused on bringing structure, predictability, and pace to critical platform initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-squad delivery across large-scale technical programmes
  • Own delivery planning, roadmaps, and forecasting
  • Drive governance, risk management, and reporting
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Product, and wider business teams
  • Improve delivery performance, quality, and operational readiness
  • Influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams

Experience Required

  • Strong track record delivering complex, multi-team technical initiatives
