The Opportunity
dcoded are partnered with a high-growth fintech disrupter seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to drive delivery across complex, multi-squad engineering environments. This is a hands-on, high-impact contract, focused on bringing structure, predictability, and pace to critical platform initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-squad delivery across large-scale technical programmes
- Own delivery planning, roadmaps, and forecasting
- Drive governance, risk management, and reporting
- Coordinate across Engineering, Product, and wider business teams
- Improve delivery performance, quality, and operational readiness
- Influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams
Experience Required
- Strong track record delivering complex, multi-team technical initiatives
- Expertise in delivery governance, planning, and risk management
- Comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level
- Proven ability to improve delivery processes and outcomes
