We’re a dynamic growth and media agency headquartered in Berlin, Germany, partnering with Europe’s, the US’s, and Asia’s most innovative digital brands. We expertly plan, buy, and optimize advertising across every channel—from TV and OOH to online and programmatic—to deliver measurable business growth.

We’re seeking a passionate ATL Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for our UK market - fully remote from anywhere in the UK, with occasional visits to our Berlin HQ. You live and breathe media (with a focus on TV) and know the landscape inside out.

As our new ATL Marketing Manager, you’ll manage UK and international campaigns, connect performance and brand KPIs with analytical precision, and advise digital brands on how to scale effectively.

You will be working in: English (fluency required), good German skills are a BIG plus.

How you will make an impact:

  • Full responsibility for assigned clients and their ATL marketing campaigns (TV campaigns, VOD, (D)OOH, radio,...).
  • Advise digital companies about opportunities to scale their business with data-driven and intelligent marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, buy, control and continuously optimize clients’ UK and International ATL marketing campaigns (focus TV).
  • Prepare comprehensible campaign reporting, based on third-party attribution tools.
  • Analysis and interpretation of campaign results, ability to explain them to clients and discuss the results with them on an advanced level.
  • Build good, yield-rich and long-term relationships with our international clients and partners.
  • Effectively communicate and convey our vision and philosophy to potential new clients and stakeholders.
  • Supporting and training other team members, and sharing knowledge and best-case practices.

Skills you will need to be successful:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in ATL Marketing for digital brands and/or DRTV.
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity for working with numbers and Excel.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, hands-on attitude.
  • Knowledge of the UK media market (focus TV, other media and/or markets) is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of short-/mid-/and long-term campaign impact and the correlation and connection of relevant performance and brand KPIs.
  • Practical work experience within a startup and/or in the field of marketing for digital brands is a big plus.
  • Efficient and result oriented working style.
  • Good negotiation skills are a plus.
