DCM is looking for a motivated and reliable Field IT Support Specialist to join our technical team. In this hybrid clientâfacing role, you'll be responsible for providing onâsite IT support, system troubleshooting, and remote technical assistance to various clients across the UK. This position offers flexibility and is suitable for partâtime workers, with fullâtime opportunities available after meeting performance goals and completing the probation period.

Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience (including hybrid or field work).
- At least one IT certification (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals).
- Strong skills in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
- Must have permission to work in the UK and be ready for rightâtoâwork verification.
- Must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 years.
- Must be prepared to undergo a background and security check.
- Able to travel locally for client visits.
- UK Driving Licence (advantageous but not mandatory).
