DCM is looking for a motivated and reliable Field IT Support Specialist to join our technical team. In this hybrid client‑facing role, you’ll be responsible for providing on‑site IT support, system troubleshooting, and remote technical assistance to various clients across the UK. This position offers flexibility and is suitable for part‑time workers, with full‑time opportunities available after meeting performance goals and completing the probation period.

Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience (including hybrid or field work).
- At least one IT certification (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals).
- Strong skills in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
- Must have permission to work in the UK and be ready for right‑to‑work verification.
- Must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 years.
- Must be prepared to undergo a background and security check.
- Able to travel locally for client visits.
- UK Driving Licence (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Freshdesk, Zendesk), AD, or remote desktop tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity basics and endpoint protection.
